Mashek Systems provides a 90 Day warranty for everything sold except where stated elsewhere.  The 90 day warranty period starts the day they reach the destination we ship them to.  The warranty covers against faulty parts and systems, and does not cover damage caused by shipping or the fault of the customer to the best of our discernment.  When there is a problem, please call so that we can diagnose the problem over the phone if possible.  Once it is determined what is to be replaced, the customer must ship back the part.   The customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returning the faulty part or system.  We then ship the replacement back using he same service, or by similar within our shipping options.
