Payment Terms and Conditions

For all orders we require:

1. The order itself including all specs, or quote number if issued.
2. FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL Shipping method (Priority, Standard Overnight, 2nd Day, Saver, Ground, Intl Priority, Intl Econ, etc.)
3. Your shipping address.

We accept several payment methods:

1. CryptoCurrency
   We currently accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Solana, Fantom, Litecoin, DASH, DOGE, and will consider many crypto as long as we are able to exchange it through a DEX.
   Because of the volitility of cryptcurrencies, email sales@mashek.com to request a price in the currency you wish to use.

2. Personal/Business Check
   Please make all checks payable to "Douglas Mashek" and mail them to:

   Shipments will be held 7 business days after personal/business check is received.
   A $25 bounced check fee will be charged for all NSF checks.
   
3. PayPal
   For demestic orders you may request to doug@mashek.com a PayPal invoice or if you have total already make payment to the same.
   Add 3.4% to cover domestic PayPal fees, 4.5% for international PayPal fees.
   
4. Western Union
   Request specific instructions via email to sales@mashek.com
   
5. Money Order
   Shipments will go out 1 to 3 business days after receiving payment.
   
6. Cashiers Check
   Shipments will go out 1 to 3 business days after receiving payment.
   
7. Wire Transfer
   Arranged on a purchase by purchase basis, mostly for international customers.
   Shipments will go out 1 to 3 business days after the bank receives the transfer.
   An additional $29 is added to the purchase price to cover the receiving cost at my bank.
8. ACH
   Arranged on a purchase by purchase basis, mostly for repeat customers.
   The first transaction will be a small test amount as ACH cannot be reversed.
   Shipments will go out 1 to 3 business days after the bank receives the transfer.
   No fee is charged to receive funds via ACH.
